Each of the fitness facilities we partner with are a bit different and not every program is available for each club. If there is a program or class you would like offered at your facility please drop us a line, your feedback is important!

One-On-One Personal Training

Our personal training staff is the best of the best; trained to help our clients reach each and every one their fitness goals. To get to know us a little bit better come in for an Intro Session. It’s on the house.

An Intro Session is where you will meet with one of our Fitness Managers to determine your current fitness level and your goals. The Fitness Manager will pair you with a personal trainer that he/she thinks is best suited to help you meet these goals and go over possible training packages with you. Our packages are sold in monthly bundles anywhere from three to eighteen months and you can choose how many days per week you would like to train. Our price per session ranges from $20 to $50 and as with any service agreement, you get the best deal when you purchase larger packages. Keep in mind we run special pricing promotions as often as we can.

Group Classes

You don’t need to be a current Custom Built Personal Training client to benefit from our group classes. Sign up for our classes and get to know our trainers; when the classes produce results for you imagine what one-on-one training will do!

TEAM Training

“Together Everyone Achieves More”

Our TEAM Training classes are offered in groups of 6-12 people with your choice of 30 or 60 minute sessions. Our classes provide a motivating environment, a fun group atmosphere, access to our online fitness platform and regular fitness evaluations scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks. Small Group Classes

Our Small Group classes include only 2-5 members and your choice of 30 or 60 minute sessions. Our classes provide a motivating environment, a fun group atmosphere, access to our online fitness platform and regular fitness evaluations scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks. Seminars

Our staff regularly holds wellness seminars on various topics such as beginning fitness, how to exercise and avoid injury and proper nutrition.  Check with your local gym for upcoming seminars.
