I have been training with Mark for the past 3-4 months and this is the first time I have ever had a personal trainer make such a difference in the way I look and feel. He is punctual, reliable, and excellent and what he does. And am so grateful and feel so lucky to be training with him. Mark has the knowledge all personal trainers should have on how to build muscle and achieve the maximum benefits one can gain from weight training and its never boring. You feel an ache and you ignore it until it gets to annoying to dismiss. Then what to do? Go to the Doctor of course. How many of us take the time to examine our daily routines, nutrition, and habits for causes of discomfort? Not as many as should I'd guess. I recently sought the medical advise from a doctor about the leg and back pain I was having. However relieved I was that “nothing was wrong” was offset by the continuation of the pain. Tired of hearing me whine about my inattention to an exercise regiment and my pain, my husband hired a trainer to tackle my condition in the hopes that it would not only add a little spring to my step, but that strength training might eliminate “poor conditioning” from the diagnostic mix of theories concerning my back and leg problems. Within weeks training with Jeff the radiating pain vanished and in the process, something called muscle tone began to appear: imagine that? I have been a member at Gold's Gym for almost a year. I enjoy training with my trainer very much. It is difficult for me to stay motivated but I look forward to our workouts. I have been very happy with my membership with Gold's Gym. As a member of other workout franchises for over eight years, I must admit that I have finally found the gym that fits my lifestyle and fitness needs. I have always wanted a personal trainer to help me stay focused on my goals. I was thrilled to be matched with Ryan – a knowledgable, relaxed, and motivated trainer.
